Family Photography Sessions

Family photography sessions can be formal or relaxed or a combination of both, in the studio or outdoors on location.

Outdoor sessions are great with younger children so you can capture some fun family time together, or studio sessions to capture more formal but fun photos of your family.

Locations can be somewhere special to you or one of my go to locations. With outdoor locations you can bring along your fur baby or your extended families are welcome.

Most sessions would take around one hour and location sessions are generally best taken within the few hours prior to sunset. Weekend spots are limited and book out fast.

I want this to be a fun family experience and I know not everyone is comfortable in front of the camera, but that is my job to ensure to make it easy and relaxed and of course fun.

What to wear? This is the most commonly asked question when scheduling a photoshoot.

Don’t stress I’ll give you my best tips on how to get the best possible results. We will keep it simple and always have your end goal and style in mind.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • They are welcome if you book at Deluxe session as the Petite session accommodates for single household members!

  • Of course we can, but it needs to be a sunset session, that’s when its the best lighting conditions for photography. If the weather isn’t lookng good for your booked session, its okay we can reschedule!

  • As this is your session it is completely up to you, from experience those who do feel so great in front of the camera.

  • Depending on your choice, if it is a studio session, the studio is in Kent Town, or on location.

    Location sessions are tyically the Beach (Largs Bay), bushland either the Paddocks at Para Hills, or Cobblers Creek

  • Yes, there are sessions available on the weekends, however they do book up fast!
