Every mum-to be should have a maternity photo session on their list!
Pregnancy is a beautiful time, but it doesn’t always feel that way. Whilst you may be lucky enough to have some of the perks from being pregnant, glowing skin, beautiful locks, and a cute baby bump, there is also the ho-hum side, swollen ankles, roller coaster mood swings and the orange peel feel. So understandably expecting mums don’t always feel their best and may question why I should have a maternity session, they can feel huge and unattractive.
Remember your body is doing an incredibly beautiful thing!
Remember your body is doing an incredibly beautiful thing!
From the very first moment you found out you were expecting, through the aching back, sleepless nights and frequent trips to the bathroom, to the point “ I’m tired of being pregnant” before you know it the pregnancy journey is over and a new chapter with your little treasure will begin.
Cherish this journey, you are growing a human being – how incredible is that, and that is reason enough to celebrate this time.
Maternity sessions allow you and your partner to strengthen your bond with each other, allows both parents to be part of something special.
My aim is for a personalised photography session that allows you to show as much or as little as you want, there is a selection of dresses available for you to choose from or bring something of your own along.
I photography fully clothed, as well as tastefully implied nudes. The studio is cosy and welcoming, and our sessions will put you at ease to ensure we capture beautiful images.
Time goes so fast, before you know you will be going from swaddling your newborn to chasing your toddler in no time, images from these sessions will be cherished forever by all the family and being able to show your child that they were loved right from the very the very beginning.
You can reach out at any time to chat about your session or ask questions.
